Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using AI Image Describer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate contact information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account, including teams invited via shared billing.
• We may suspend access if we detect unusual activity, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

3. Usage Rules

• Do not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes intellectual property rights.
• Automated scraping or reselling of the Service without written consent is prohibited.
• Free plan limits may change to protect platform stability; we notify users of material updates.

4. Billing & Subscriptions

Paid plans are processed through Creem. By upgrading, you authorize Creem to charge the payment method you provide on a recurring basis until you cancel. Invoices and receipts are sent automatically to the email associated with your account.

5. Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund window for annual plans and pro-rata adjustments for obvious service outages. Contact support@aiimagedescriber.prowithin seven days of purchase with your order details.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to your uploads and generated outputs. We retain rights to platform design, branding, and software. Feedback you submit may be used to improve the Service without additional compensation.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free AI outputs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time in the dashboard or by contacting support. We may terminate access for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete stored data after 30 days.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the company is registered. Disputes will be handled in that jurisdiction’s courts, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
